Vincent Redmond, Jr., MA, LMFT<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Vince is an experienced, trained and well known behavioral specialist with over three decades of experience working with families who have a loved one with autism and\/or behavioral problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is an executive director for an agency that works with autistic children worldwide. His experiences dealing with these intense family dynamics allow him to understand and deal with issues related to those families and children under his counsel. Vince also works with the Stepfamily Association of America and has created support groups in Orange County, California helping blended families work through their myriad of issues to achieve family harmony. Vince, a family man, understands the value of family and individualism and the delicate balance required to maintain both effectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vince’s experiences working with diverse populations also includes, but is not limited to; individuals dealing with depression and anxiety caused by life’s stressors, struggling college students, troubled adolescents\/teens, children with excessive behaviors, the blending of families, and issues related to couples and their happiness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology at San Diego State University. His Master’s degree was awarded him at Chapman University in Orange, California. Vince is also a proud member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the Step Family Association of America.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer Layman, MA, LMFT<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Jennifer is a family therapist who has worked with a wide variety of individuals, couples, families and children working through relationship issues and problems in their daily lives. Jennifer specializes in helping adolescents and their families work through these issues in a safe and supportive environment. She also helps the parents to create and maintain better communication within the family as a whole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jennifer\u2019s caring and genuine nature comes across easily to those she counsels, making them feel comfortable and at ease. Her friendly and down to earth approach helps clients feel free to work through their problems within the safety of the therapeutic environment. Jennifer chooses an eclectic style of counseling which incorporates techniques that are best suited to each client. Her therapeutic experiences include working with troubled adolescents, individuals, abuse survivors, parental training, couples and other relationship problems. Jennifer has run several group therapy and specialized abuse survivor groups. She has had experience working within the criminal justice system with crisis intervention and threat assessment. Jennifer is also a Certified Premarital Counselor.
Jennifer received her Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Psychology from California State University at Fullerton and her Master\u2019s degree from Chapman University in Orange, California. Jennifer is member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and an active volunteer in her community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Elaine Herrera, MA, LMFT<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Elaine has worked with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities for several years, developing and implementing individualized treatment goals and behavioral plans. She has been providing therapy and counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, working with a variety of issues, including social communication, relationship issues, school-related issues, and behavioral problems. Elaine also works with families of children with developmental delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elaine is passionate about helping clients create meaningful lives and reach their highest potential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elaine received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Southern California. She received her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Elaine currently holds a license in Marriage and Family Therapy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
